REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, whereby you would need to cancel your trip and stay, please contact us immediately on hazelbraecottage@hotmail.com and we’ll do everything in our power to put it right.Before you do however, please read our Refunds Policy below in full. By purchasing from us you are agreeing to these terms.
REFUND POLICY
Our policy lasts 14 days before the date of stay. If there are less than 14 days before your stay when you apply for a refund , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (usually in the form of an order confirmation email).Please do not send your proof of purchase back to us before contacting us first.Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hazelbraecottage@hotmail.com
